HOW TO OBTAIN GRENADA CITIZENSHIP ?

There are two routes to obtain Grenada’s citizenship. Under both routes, there are applicable fees such as application, due diligence, processing, and government fees (in case of approved projects).

  • A one-time contribution to The National Transformation Fund
  • An investment in a Government Approved Real Estate project in Grenada.

THE NATIONAL TRANSFORMATION FUND (NTF)

The National Transformation Fund (NTF) is a government-managed fund designed to finance projects that support Grenada’s economic development and diversification. Applicants choosing this route are required to make a one-time contribution to the NTF. It is important to note that contributions must be made through an Authorized Local Agent, as applicants cannot contribute directly to the fund.

The Minimum contribution amount for this route is US$ 235,000 plus applicable fees as per family size.

APPROVED REAL ESTATE PROJECT

The approved projects mainly consist of luxury hotels, resorts, and villas. Investment in real estate must be held for a minimum of five years from the date of grant of citizenship, and the applicant must invest a minimum of US$ 270,000 plus applicable fees as per family size. WHO IS ELIGIBLE ?

You can apply for citizenship with your spouse, dependent children, siblings and dependent parents. Fees for family members vary according to the number of family members included in the citizenship application.

HOW DO YOU QUALIFY ?

A person who is at least 18 years of age, has no criminal record, is in good health, and willing to make the required contribution qualify for this program.
